Laiba and Eric were SO amazing!! I came in earlier than my scheduled appointment but they still took me in and demonstrated jolly and positive attitudes. They were so helpful and patient, and checked in frequently to make sure I had my questions answered. Five stars. The Urgent Care is close by, great hours, clean, efficient, and professional. I arrived near 8 pm, when the office closed. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t get pushback or discontent. Saad was great. Cordial, efficient, professional. Gave me the options of paying with or without insurance. Gave me the prices for the test I was interested in taking (flu, RSV, covid, and strep). The doctor, Dr. Mahmood, was great too. Based on symptoms he was certain it wasn’t strep and very u likely to be RSV. he wrote me a script for antibiotics as a precaution in case things got worse because of the sinus infection and because I had been sick for almost 5 days.
